Certificate and Speeches on the occasion of Heinz Koeppler being awarded the gold medal of the Joseph Bech Prize

On Oktober 12^th, 1977, Professor Heinz Köppler was awarded the Joseph Bech gold medal, created by the Hamburg Alfred Toepfer-Stiftung FVS in memory of the Luxemburg Statesman. The London ceremony was to honour Köppler's merits and the role of Wilton Park as an agent of reconcilliation after the Second World War.
